So I am happy to report….

I finally got my dad to give me the treadmill in his house that was just sitting there and collecting dust.

I just ran for 15 minutes. I am all sweaty and my legs feel like noodles. Sad right? Well I’m going to work my way up to maybe 30-40 minutes a day.

First step in weightloss plan is a-go!
